ESG

Within the framework of the Green Support Programme, a comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy was developed for Sporrong Eesti OÜ, including a detailed action plan and an implementation roadmap. The objective of the project was to identify and assess the company’s environmental and social impacts across the entire value chain and to establish a structured and systematic framework for sustainability management in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

During the project, the following activities were carried out:
* an assessment of the company’s existing environmental, social, and governance policies, practices, and management processes;
* the preparation of a greenhouse gas emissions inventory covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions;
* the identification and mapping of stakeholders and the value chain, including associated sustainability-related risks and opportunities;
* the determination of material ESG topics relevant to Sporrong Eesti OÜ;
* the definition of the company’s ESG vision, ambition level, and governance principles;
* the development of a concrete action plan and a phased roadmap for the implementation of improvement measures.

As a result of the project, the company obtained a comprehensive overview of its environmental and social footprint and a practical, process-aligned action plan for the systematic development and management of sustainability. The completed ESG strategy supports Sporrong Eesti OÜ’s competitiveness, ensures alignment with increasing customer, regulatory, and public procurement requirements, and establishes a foundation for a measurable, monitored, and well-governed green transition.
The total cost of the project amounted to EUR 16,960, of which EUR 11,872 was financed through a grant provided by EIS.
