Watch Sales Representative

AB Sporrong is looking for a Watch Sales Representative for the brands Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and BOSS.
We began as the official distributor of Tommy Hilfiger watches in 2019 and have since expanded to include Calvin Klein and BOSS watches and jewelry. As part of the Kultakeskus Group, we bring over three decades of experience in importing well-known watch brands to Finland.
The Kultakeskus Group is the leading company in the precious metal industry in the Nordic and Baltic countries. In addition to the parent company, Kultakeskus Oy in Finland, the group includes the Swedish company AB Sporrong and its subsidiaries in Norway and the Baltics. We also serve corporate and community clients with their rewarding and gift needs. Our wide product range also includes diamond and gold jewelry, as well as design items made of silver and steel.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Selling and promoting Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and BOSS watches and jewelry using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establishing and growing the business while developing excellent customer relationships
• Identifying market potential and creating a strong plan to drive growth in the assigned sales area and customer segment
• Training and educating store personnel on brand and product knowledge to support brand development in specific market areas
Requirements:
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent sales skills, preferably with experience in the watch industry
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• High motivation, target-driven, and customer-focused with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Profile:
• Proven work experience and a strong track record as a sales representative
• A passion for customer interaction and good relationships with retail sales staff
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work according to business needs, including overnight stays
• A presentable demeanor and physical fitness for travel
• A team player who is punctual and reliable
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google)
• Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of the Swedish watch and jewelry market is a plus
• A valid category B driver’s license is required
Conditions:
A fixed salary with a bonus structure and a company car.
Timing:
The preferred start date is August 2025, but the final date will be agreed upon with the selected candidate. Interviews will begin immediately during the application period.
